Sound Meditation "Opening the doors to Love"
In this meeting we will pay special attention to our heart chakra with the intention of opening ourselves more to the circle of knowing how to give and receive. 1 hour between magical sounds, mantras and vibrations accompanied by some restorative yoga postures that will help us relax and expand the chest.

About the event
A first 10-minute guided meditation to connect with the energy of the Moon, followed by the sound of the gong and the Tibetan singing bowls will take you on a magical journey between sound and vibration. The sound meditation lasts 1 hour and the price is €5.
